Fresh Tomato Sauce Pasta

Ingredients

  • Pasta 320 g
  • Peeled tomatoes 800 g
  • 1 spoon of high quality olive oil
  • One cloves of garlic
  • 4 basil leaves
  • Salt

Preparation

First of all, start from the preparation of the sauce. In a pan pour the olive oil with the cloves of garlic cut in two pieces to make the flavor more delicate. After 2 minutes of cooking add the peeled tomatoes with a little bit of salt. Cover the pan and let cooking at low flame for 1 hour. After that, remove the garlic and add the 4 basil leaves. Wait for 2 minutes and then switch off the stove.

Now, It is time to cook the pasta. Let boiling the water and add the right quantity of salt – check our article to learn how to do it. Add pasta and wait for the exact time, drain it and after this step pour it in the pan with the fresh tomato. Keep mixing for 1/2 minutes in order to amalgamate the sauce with the pasta. You are ready to serve it!!
